Regular processing from our warehouse is the standard processing method for most of our shipping options. Premium processing is available for our overnight shipping services which allows for same day processing on orders placed before 2PM EST. Our warehouse processes shipments in the following order:
1. Premium Overnight - Same day processing
2. Second Day Air - Usually same day processing
3. Third Day Express - 1 day processing
4. Regular Ground - 1 to 2 day processing If you do not need your package right away, choose ground shipping to save money on shipping.

  Domestic Shipping Rates

We ship:
- USPS (for packages less then 1 pound, and for apo/fpo and p.o. box addresses)
- UPS Ground (for packages over 1 pound) Shipping prices are determined by weight and destination of the package. You can check the shipping price at anytime by going to your shopping cart and clicking on "Click here to estimate shipping charges". The page will then show the total weight of your order and ask you to enter the zip code in order to calculate the shipping price.
Please Note: Our shipping rates are determined only by weight and destination, however shipping rates through UPS have recently been slightly increased due to an increase in the fuel surcharge. Our shipping prices will reflect these changes and you may read more about them at the following link. http://www.ups.com/content/us/en/fuel_surcharge.html

We offer priority processing on shipments selected for overnight shipping.Orders must be placed before 2 P.M. Eastern Standard Time in order to leave our warehouse the same day. If your order was placed after 2 P.M. EST, expect shipment in 2 days. Overnight shipping is NOT available to customers who are using P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses.

UPS Overnight Shipping Standards:
Delivery Times Overnight delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 to rural areas.
Service Days Monday - Friday.
Delivery Area Contiguous U.S. and parts of Alaska. Available to/from selected areas of Alaska in 1 business day. Available from Hawaii in 1 - 3 business days.



  Shipping Adjustments

Shipping can vary slightly for different orders. We calculate shipping adjustments based on the weight and destination. You will see the shipping charge at the final stage of order check out.
Large or heavily-weighted orders may require additional processing time and/or shipping cost adjustments, based
upon current shipping rates available. We will notify you if your order requires such an adjustment.
Free shipping is available on certain items, however if you add products that do not qualify for the free shipping promotion, shipping will be added to your order accordingly. For temperature-sensitive products, shipping charge includes "summer shipping fee" for the freezing process.


  Shipping Discounts

We offer shipping discounts for orders over certain dollar amounts. These discounts are applied only when the total order, before shipping, is equal to or higher than the specified amount.

The Shipping Discounts are:
on orders equal to or over $100 - receive $1 off shipping
on orders equal to or over $200 - receive $5 off shipping
on orders equal to or over $300 - receive $10 off shipping
Important: Shipping rates are calculated by the weight of the items ordered and the delivery destination from our warehouse (zip code: 33626). If the amount of the discount is higher then the total shipping amount, shipping will be free, but the leftover discount amount will not be applied to the rest of the order. We can only apply these discounts to shipping charges.

  Billing Address Verification

If the billing address on your order does not match the billing address on the credit card the order will not ship. We use a national AVS matching system that verifies every credit card billing address that is used on the site. If the incorrect billing address is provided we will email you and ask you to provide the correct billing address. We reserve the right to place an order on hold in the event that the credit card data is unverifiable with the chosen financial institution. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all credit card and/or billing information is updated and verifiable. Credit card fraud is at an all time high and we must protect the interests of the cardholder.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If a fraudulent credit card is used on our site we will notify the cardholder's bank and contact the cardholder immediately.



  Special Shipping Instructions and Stolen Merchandise

We do NOT request or require a signature for deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or another safe area, but it is solely up to your driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label. If your package was delivered, and the shipping company confirmed it - we can not accept any theft claims for refunds.


  Canadian Residents

We do not offer UPS Canada Standard Ground because Canadian customers are charged large brokerage fees for Ground service. Brokerage fees are waived for Express delivery. So with the elimination of the brokerage fee and the large discount we offer off of standard rates, you will receive your package in less time for the same amount of money.


  Military Locations (APO/FPO)

We ship USPS to all military locations. For military locations (APO/FPO), in addition to the delivery time that it takes us to get it to the APO or FPO (two or three days), you will have to wait for the military to route the package to you. Please contact your local HWAC officer for details.

The shipping price for APO/FPO for products less than 1 pound is the same for all other products. For orders over 1 pound the shipping price will be slightly higher and you will be contacted with a price quote and the option to cancel your order.


  International Shipping:

For international orders, we use DHL Global Priority and Standard. The following are transit times for each shipping option: Global Priority: 2-8 Days in Transit
Global Standard: 5-14 Days in Transit In order to keep global costs low for our customers, international shipments leave once per week from our warehouse. Please allow 1-3 days for processing. Estimated Transit Times Worldwide

  * Results are measured from each of our processing facilities in the U.S. to the final recipient.  The average transit times are based on business days.  Deutsche Post cross-border mail transit times are Business Mail results compiled  by data from Deutsche Post, IPC, and private U.S.-based monitoring companies. J +X = Day of posting plus X days.
Important: Check with customs about clearance of packages before you order. We cannot be responsible for packages that are not accepted by customs. International orders are shipped by registered mail, so there must be someone available to sign for the package when it arrives.



  Delivery

  • Delivery occurs only on business days, Monday through Fridays.
  • There are certain holidays that carriers do not pick up or deliver.
As long as we have the products in stock, your order will leave our warehouse within 2 business days. In most cases it will take 2-8 business days (depending on the destination) from the day your order is shipped, NOT from the day your order is placed, for packages to arrive. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are NOT considered business days.

For all orders:  The customer is responsible for receipt of items shipped from our fulfillment center.  If we receive a package back from the shipper because time has passed and delivery was not coordinated by the customer, we will re-ship the order  to the customer at the customer's expense (based on shipping method and pricing as posted on our site) with an additional $5 handling charge.  Our shipping pricing is at self cost the lowest available and we do not assess shipping and handling charges on our shipping prices to keep our prices low for our customers.
