I’ve been lifting for a few years now and about a month ago I hit a major plateau and couldn’t seem to get any stronger. I asked some guys around the gym who seemed to know what they were doing and a few of them recommended Gakic Hardcore Instant Strength Multiplier by Muscletech. Muscletech is a pretty popular brand of supplements where I work out at but I’ve never tried them before but I thought I’d give Gakic Hardcore a shot.

I picked up a bottle and as directed I took all 8 pills about 45 minutes before I worked out. I wasn’t too crazy about choking down 8 pills and thought that was a bit much for one serving. Seems like they could cut down the serving size and not make people have to swallow 8 of those things. Anyway, I got to the gym and I started my workout and I was actually able to put up more weight and more reps. I was pleasantly surprised by the results and happy I had broken through the plateau.

As with most Muscletech products Gakic Hardcore Instant Strength Multiplier is a little pricey but it worked for me. One bottle contains 128 pills which is 16 servings so it’s not going to last a real long time. I’ve gone through one bottle and I did feel it almost every workout. It helped me workout harder than I would have been able to without it so it was worth the price. I would only recommend Gakic Hardcore Instant Strength Multiplier to serious lifters and not those people who come to the gym and gingerly ride on the bikes. It worked for me, and although I don’t like choking down 8 pills before I workout and it is somewhat expensive it was worth it to breakthrough my plateau.
