Fishing for Better Health? Try Natures Way Fisol

If you seek a natural supplement that can work wonders, look seaward. The benefits of fish oil for coronary health have been widely documented. But fish oil isn’t just for heart health. It can treat or help prevent a variety of conditions, including depression, diabetes, osteoporosis, macular degeneration, attention deficit disorder, stroke, and auto-immune disorders. You can harness the power of fish oil by taking Nature’s Way Fisol or Super Fisol.

How Fish Oil Works

What makes fish oil so beneficial? It’s the presence of omega-3 fatty acids, one of the two types of essential fatty acids. Essential fatty acids (EFAs) are considered essential because our bodies need them to function. However, since our bodies don’t produce omega-3 fatty acids, we must add them to our diet via the foods we consume or supplements—or both.

Two varieties of omega-3 fatty acids that are found in fish oil are eicosapentenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexenoic acid (DHA). EPA and DHA are especially important to your health. According to WebMD, EPA and DHA are essential for brain development. They also help maintain eyesight and normal functioning of the nervous system. In addition, EPA and DHA may help ward off arthritis and regulate blood pressure. The acids may also prevent some forms of cancer.

Everybody Wants a Healthy Heart

Fish oil like the type found in Fisol is best known for its effectiveness in treating and preventing heart disease. It’s thought to prevent blood platelets from sticking together, which can help stop deadly clotting or blockages.

In general, fish oil promotes good vascular functioning. According to the Harvard School of Public Health, most people do not get enough omega-3 fatty acids in their diets and should add at least one source of the essential acids each day.

Other Fish Oil Benefits

Although primarily known for its effectiveness in treating coronary disease, fish oil can have a positive impact on nearly every bodily system. An article in TIME Magazine notes that fish oil improves the quality of the fats in the blood. It also improves brain functioning since DHA plays a major role as a building block of cells found in the central nervous system. That is thought to be one reason fish oil is associated with better mental functioning. Fish oil also undermines abnormal cell growth, which makes it a useful ally in the fight against cancer.

Nature’s Way Fisol and Super Fisol

Couldn’t you just get all the fish oil you need by eating fish? It’s possible—especially if you like oily fish such as sardines, mackerel, and anchovies. But there are drawbacks. For example, many fish species contain high levels of mercury and other toxins, which make health-conscious consumers leery of eating too much of it.

The good news is you can get all the benefits of fish oil safely and conveniently by taking Nature’s Way Fisol or Super Fisol. An added advantage is that both versions of the product have an enteric coating, which means your body absorbs it with maximum efficiency. So if you’re ready to get the fish oil you need to promote good health, consider adding Fisol to your daily regimen.
