Cheaters Need Relief, Too

This entry was posted on Tuesday, February 12th, 2008 at 4:18 pm and is filed under Weight Loss, BSN, Products, Health and Nutrition Articles

Does this scenario sound familiar? You’ve been so good all week about staying on your diet. Only high-protein, low-carbohydrate foods and beverages have passed your pure and virtuous lips. You’re starting to feel so good about yourself that you doubt you’ll ever indulge in greasy, fatty, high-carb foods again!

And then it happens. You’re driving by your favorite burger joint, and the sweet smell of grease simply overpowers you. You decide that “just this once” won’t hurt, so you park, go in, and pork out on a double cheeseburger, fries, and a large chocolate malt. Then you spend the rest of the day feeling physically bloated and emotionally disgusted with yourself.

Get off your back—lapses like this one happen to the best of us. Fortunately, now there’s a product that can help you get through them without gaining back the weight you worked so hard to lose. BSN Cheaters Relief acts to stop your body from digesting the carbohydrates and fats from foods like hamburgers, fries, pizza, and hot-fudge sundaes.

Judging from the BSN Cheaters Relief reviews, this product more than lives up to its promise of keeping those nasty fat and high-glycemic carb calories from finding a permanent home on your hips.

Cheaters Relief contains two types of ingredients: those designed to halt fat in its tracks and those that keep carbs at bay. The fat-relief blend comes from NeOpuntia, chitosan, and Cassia mimosides, all herbs that have been helping people control their weight for years. NeOpuntia is a fat-binding derivative of the nopal cactus plant originally created by French scientists. Chitosan attaches to fat cells and prevents your body from absorbing them. Cassia mimosides reduces fat digestion by inhibiting lipase.

The carb-relief and glucose-regulating ingredients are blended from hydroxycitric acid, white kidney bean extract, r-alpha lipoic acid, 4-hydroxdyisoleucine extracted from fenugreek, and aqueous cinnamon extract. Garcinia cambogia, the herb from which the hydroxycitric acid is derived, encourages your body to use calories from carbs as fuel rather than storing them as fat. Hydroxycitric acid is also known to raise serotonin levels, which in turn reduces food cravings. White kidney bean extract is known to block absorption of starch, possibly by inhibiting a digestive enzyme necessary for breaking down complex carbohydrates. R-alpha lipoic acid contains antioxidants known to have anti-aging properties, while aqueous cinnamon extract helps to keep blood-sugar levels even.

Because Cheaters Relief blocks fat absorption, it also helps move fat and carbs out of your body quickly. And because BSN’s special formula may have a greater effect on the GI tract than other products intended to block fats and carbs, users should make sure to take their vitamin supplements an hour or so before taking Cheaters Relief to make sure the vitamins have had enough time to be absorbed into the bloodstream.

So quit beating yourself up for experiencing the occasional, perfectly human diet lapse. The next time you just can’t resist “falling off the diet wagon,” take BSN Cheaters Relief for damage control!
