The owner of the gym I work out at told me about a supplement he had been taking called Supremacy by a company called Neogenix. I did some research about it and most people said it was effective and safe. It was supposed to increase the testosterone in your body by modulating estrogen levels.

Neogenix Supremacy seemed a little expensive for 90 capsules especially since you take 6 per day. After a week or so I started to see a little bit of results. My muscles felt more swollen and I looked harder. As far as all the hype surrounding this supplement that I found on the internet I think the company did a good job of making it sound like you would gain 20 pounds of muscle just by looking at it but pretty much all of the supplement companies make it sound like their products can perform miracles.

I didn’t feel any side effects from Supremacy, which was nice, compared to other testosterone boosters I have taken. I took it for the recommended 8 week cycle followed by a 4 week break. Neogenix seemed like they did their homework on this supplement and despite the somewhat high price I will probably use it again for another cycle in the future.

In just one use I felt like a new person. I was also pleased by the price. Women Vagi Gard knows what they are doing because they meet the needs of women and specialize in this field of expertise and knowledge. They have put together a concentrated formula that lasts and so that women can use Vagi-Gard Povidone Iodine Medicated Douche Concentrate 8 fl oz more than just one time. Let’s face it; it is great to douche once a month at least. The bottle is very economical in that you only add three capfuls per douche.

Women Vagi Gard says that you can douche up to two times a week. That is a little much I think, but I understand that they want you to use their product and it is great! However, I stick to douching after my period ends. This schedule keeps me feeling fresh and relieves any itching or minor irritation that may result from sex or urinary infections. I know now why doctors recommend this product and am happy it was recommended to me.

I must admit, I was very skeptical at first because of the claims Swiss Labs makes. I mean they say that their product can make you feel 10 or 20 years younger in just days. Now that is a huge claim! They aren’t that far off though. In just a week I felt at least 10 years younger. I felt strong and vibrant, something I hadn’t felt in a long while.

Swiss Labs states that they address one of the major causes of poor health and premature aging, which is high levels of cortisol in the body. Apparently it is small amounts of cortisol that your body needs to feel more energetic. I am glad Swiss Labs did their homework because EVH Supreme has made me feel like me again, the much younger and stress-free me! Thanks to EVH Supreme I have more energy, a better outlook on life, and even jump out of bed in the morning with no fog. Morning fog was a huge issue for me no matter what time I went to bed at night. Not anymore, I am the robust and energetic person I was made to be.

Myoplex Lite is a lighter formula to the regular EAS Supplements Myoplex. There are less calories and less protein than the original. EAS Supplements recommends using the product pre and post-workout or as a meal replacement and taking the supplement up to four times a day. I didn’t go that crazy, but did drink Myoplex Lite twice a day, once as a meal replacement in the mid morning and once in the mid afternoon. By cutting my calories and fat content in combination with my regular weight and cardio regime 5 days a week I lost the extra weight I needed to lose.

Myoplex products are a little on the expensive side as opposed to most of the protein supplements out there, but you clearly get what you pay for in taste and quality. Myoplex Lite is available in a wide variety of flavors and EAS Supplements does its best to provide the pure quality protein that your body needs to work at full capacity in the gym. To me this product is well worth the money spent because I was able to achieve some goals that I thought would take me a lot longer to reach. When I switched to Myoplex Lite I was able to speed up the process and am now feeling great in and out of the gym.

I mixed it with water at first and it tasted terrible. If you ever try this supplement don’t mix it in plain water! I started taking it in the morning before working out and at night before I went to bed. Glutamine Powder is supposed to help your body recover and have more energy during workouts. The conditionally essential amino acid L-glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body and depletes during and after exercise so by supplementing with Prolab Supplements Glutamine Powder your body does not deplete its stores of L-glutamine.

I did notice a difference in recovery once I started taking Glutamine Powder. It did relax my sore muscles and when I took it at night I noticed I wasn’t as stiff when I woke up in the morning. A good way to consume this stuff is to take it with your protein shake to avoid the awful taste. Prolab Supplements Glutamine Powder showed a noticeable effect in recovery after I worked out and supposedly it is supposed to help your body maintain muscle because L-glutamine plays an important role in protein synthesis. I did notice my muscles looked a little fuller than usual so the Glutamine Powder must have been doing its thing.

Overall Glutamine Powder was a good supplement. I recovered quicker, had fuller muscles and the price was great. Just remember to mix it in something other than water to avoid the nasty taste.

I picked up a bottle and as directed I took all 8 pills about 45 minutes before I worked out. I wasn’t too crazy about choking down 8 pills and thought that was a bit much for one serving. Seems like they could cut down the serving size and not make people have to swallow 8 of those things. Anyway, I got to the gym and I started my workout and I was actually able to put up more weight and more reps. I was pleasantly surprised by the results and happy I had broken through the plateau.

As with most Muscletech products Gakic Hardcore Instant Strength Multiplier is a little pricey but it worked for me. One bottle contains 128 pills which is 16 servings so it’s not going to last a real long time. I’ve gone through one bottle and I did feel it almost every workout. It helped me workout harder than I would have been able to without it so it was worth the price. I would only recommend Gakic Hardcore Instant Strength Multiplier to serious lifters and not those people who come to the gym and gingerly ride on the bikes. It worked for me, and although I don’t like choking down 8 pills before I workout and it is somewhat expensive it was worth it to breakthrough my plateau.
