Doesn’t matter what kind of athlete you are: runner, lifter or general, Animal Pak is the best. Have tried other supplements without little or no energy results. This one gives you an almost immediate surge, and I mean in a good way. Balanced and even that pretty much lasts the whole day. My overall attitude is a lot more positive. I look forward to early morning workouts, instead of the usual feeling like crap. Even after the workout, my gym friends are shocked that I feel so good when I should look more exhausted. It’s had an effect on my work too, ‘cause my general overall attitude has been great and this reflects in the sales job that I do. Been taking this for 2 months and am going to continue to include this in my daily routine. You have to drink a lot of water, but that’s good for you anyhow. Does color your pee a bright green, but overall it’s great.
