When I began taking redline I weighed 292lbs and just 2 1/2 weeks later I weigh 270.5lbs it works fantastic. I've never had any other supplement boost my energy level as much and as fast. 5 to 7 min, and ur good to go make sure u dont take on an empty stomac or it will make u sick. It is a must to get plenty of water and protien I took 100% whey with it an now I'm cut like I could never believe.

I've tried alot of the energy drinks and supplements and this is the only one that actually works for me since the ephedra ban. I would highly recomend anyone who seeks an edge in the gym give this a try !!
