I take it early in the morning before going to work with a protein supplement! Well, I stay full till noon and even forget about eating lunch! Great product and works wonders when trying to control binge eating and cravings! |

I used this in conjunction with the Dietex MRP and it worked great! I also used 5ml of Redline prior to my morning workout. VPX products work very well! |
