dudes, try the pills. no worry about taste or added sweetners. as far as results. not bad since i'm in the over 40 demographic. good strength gains and better endurance. not much size though. but then again i aint putting out those swimmers like i used too. i would recommend and use cex again but probably stack w/ a ph or test booster but b away of the sides.

This product definately worked for me. I respond well to regular creatine monohydrate but this stuff worked quicker and gave a fuller pump than regular creatine. Major jump in my strength and endurance levels. Tastes like prescription cough syrup though, absolutley terrible! Dillute this product in gatorade, it's easier to choke down that way. I would rate this products effectiveness a 5 out of 5. It really works that good. 4 stars only because of the flavor.

The results were good, gained some weight...but cex tastes like garbage. they really need to put some flavor into it, sometimes i feel like its not worth it to choke this down.
