It equals any chocolate milk shake I have ever enjoyed in my lifetime. It is so densely protein that one can a day keeps my hunger at bay and provides me with the mid-day energy boost my body needs. Coupled with a sound dietary program, dieting and losing weight has been a 'no brainer'.

This shake is by far the best tasting one I have tried, granted I have only had the Chocolate, I swear it tastes just like a yoo-hoo!!
