let me tell you something. I'm a 42 yr old man and have been useing Universal Animal Paks for the last 10 years. Recently I changed, why you ask, i was too lazy to go to the vitamin store and get it and my computer was down. What did i do, i bought some multi pack vitamin from my local drug store. Tell you what i will never ever change for my old fathful Universal Animal Paks agin. Now that i'm back on the Animal Paks my strength, and power are back up. My endurance is unbeleiveable and i feel better. Thanks for haveing my animal paks for me. Thanks MT
