A few years ago I was making monthly trips to the doctor's offfice and coming home with a new and stronger antibiotic and ointment for yeast infections. During one of those doctor visits I got angry and finally asked the doc what in the heck was wrong with me. He "finally" said: "Well you might have food allergies."
After weeks of recording what foods seemed to be good for me and what were bad, I concluded that milk was the offending food source. You can imagine what that means as milk, or milk by-products, is in just about everything including most protein supplements.
I was searching the internet for a milkless source of protein when I came across Soy Pro. When I read it had the full branch of amino acids and even surpassed whey protein, I didn't hesitate to purchase it. The product is cold processed so there is no denaturing of the proteins and the shake tastes wonderful. And best of all, it has no milk, no aspartame and no cholesterol.
I give Soy Pro the full five stars and more. |
