I was looking for an additional antioxidant to the vitamin C I get in my multivitamin and I had heard vitamin E was a strong antioxidant that removed free radicals in the body so I decided to try E-400 Caps by Twinlab Vitamins. I am pleased with the results and feel like my immune system is stronger than it has ever been. Here we are in the middle of cold and flu season and I have seen co-workers, family and friends all around me be hit with just about every symptom out there. Not me, and I attribute it to the fact that I have been taking my E-400 Caps faithfully. I never exceed the dose because Twinlab Vitamins instructs you not to do so, especially if you have high blood pressure. High doses of this vitamin can be harmful to your body. I read the label and abide by everything they tell me to do and I believe I am reaping the benefits of this powerful vitamin. Twinlab Vitamins offers their E-400 Caps at a reasonable price too and you can rest assured with an experienced company like Twinlab that you are getting a good and pure product. I am sure happy with the results. Not only do I feel strong and have more energy than before, I haven’t been sick or felt fatigued. My hair and nails look healthy and my skin has even cleared up. I drink a large glass of water with my E-400 Caps in the morning and after breakfast, although you can take the pill without food as well. I am happy discovered this antioxidant and will continue to take E-400 Caps forever as part of my daily vitamin routine. If you are looking to stay healthy during the winter months I suggest you give this product a try. It is easy to swallow and won’t hurt your stomach like some of the other antioxidants. I am so pleased I started taking vitamin E.
