Joint Liquid Concentrate contains glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, and SAMe (s-adenosyl methionine) precursors, such as betaine (trimethylglycine), folic acid, Vitamin B-12 and Vitamin B-6. It also contains hydrolyzed collagen protein and Chicken II collagen, the richest and most economical source of the amino acids proline and arginine is a precursor of nitric oxide (NO). Nitric oxide modulates tendon repair. A recent report in The Lancet (Vol. 352, July 25, 1998) suggests that it may help promote healthy tendons and help promote soft tissue repair.
