I didn't really get a lot of energy from the bar, but they do taste pretty good. They also work pretty well at controlling hunger for such a small bar. The best tasting is by far the Cookies and Cream. I also had caramel peanut and coconut caramel which were ok.

These bars taste so good, and give you a lot of energy--plus you can't beat 20 grams of protein either. I like all the bars except double fudge brownie. My favorite tasting bars are the cookies and cream, honey peanut, and mocha blast.

Most of them taste pretty good. I didn't like the raspberry cheesecake ones though. But the other ones i tasted covered up the protein taste very well.

These bars are great tasting and packed with energy, not fat. I'd highly recommend these to anyone who doesn't want to sacrifice taste for performance in an energy/protein bar.
