Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take 4 capsules (with 8 to 16 ounces of water) twice daily, including non-training days. For best results, consume 4 capsules 30 to 60 minutes prior to training and 4 capsules 8 to 12 hours before or after your workout, depending on your schedule. On non-training days, consume one serving in the morning and the other serving 8 to 12 hours later.
