Other Ingredients:
Potassium chloride, cellulose, dextrose, stearic acid, silica, magnesium stearate, ethyl cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, talc, FD&C Red No. 40, titanium dioxide.

Directions:
Men and women please refer to the chart below.Based on your gender and bodybweight, take 1 serving (2 to 5 caplets) with an 8 oz. glass of water, 2 times daily. On days of your workout, take 1 serving 30 to 60 minutes before your workout. Do not exceed 10 caplets in a 24-hour period. Consume ten 8 oz. glasses of water daily for general good health. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.
