The results I have gotten from taking Tight! have been excellent. No, it's not magical, you do have to get up off your tail and exercise. I used Tight! last year and was pleased with the effects, but I thought maybe I should try some of the other products on the market just to be fair. They just didn't work like Tight! did. I am not overweight, in fact my body fat percentage is on the lean side...but I still have fat. I started taking Tight! to help get rid of the stubborn fat (causing icky cellulite on my thighs!) that just never seemed to disappear despite the fact that I spend nearly two hours a day at the gym. I am over 30 and I figure age has something to do with the fat loss plateau, but Tight! really does work for me. I just returned to taking Tight! about 3 weeks ago after several dissappointments with competing products. Already I am witnessing the results I remembered from the first time I used it. My muscles are getting a more defined appearance ie. the stubborn fat that wants to hide them is starting to decrease. I could be wrong on this, but I figure if it helps me to lose an inch or so it would stand to reason that it wouild work well for someone who is overweight. I have read some reviews that suggested taking more than the recommended dose of one a day, but I have to say it just does not seem necessary with this product. I think some people just got in the habit of taking enough pills with other products to constitute a meal and just can't break the habit. |
