I gotta say, I am a big Italian guy from a big Italian family. If you know anything about Italians, we love to eat alot of meats, pastas and sauces. Before taking this product I was 6'1" and 280 lbs. I have been supplementing my workout plan with this product for 6 months and have lost 55 lbs.! It sounds crazy but it is like the lbs. just melt off while you are sleeping. Every day I wake up and notice a difference in my face, it looks slimmer each day. This product not only helped me lose weight, it gives me the energy boost I need to finish my workouts. I am very impressed, would recommend this to anyone. I hadn't found an effective weight loss product since ephedra was banned, until now. Much better than Xenadrine by the way!

I have recently started taking this, and it is instantly making a difference, giving me energy and a bit of euphoria. At first, I was really jittery, had tension headaches and anxiety. But after not even a week of taking it, the side effects went away, and the extra energy stayed. So far, so good...

I 've been taking the lipo 6 for a month now and have seen great results. At first the product gave me headaches and jitters, then after 2 weeks I had no side effects. Before lipo 6 I've stuck to eating clean and working out and have lost weight, but once I added the lipo 6 I started to see more muscle definition. Definetly helps cut fat, so I say give it a shot.

I have just started this product, thats why I have only given it 3 stars...but I was able to take it and not feel jittery...I am sensative to caffine. I was wondering if any women are seeing their abs and reducing their thighs? I train three days a week with a trainer and want to see the results....any advice or feedback...please post.

I can definitely recommend lipo 6. I used to take the ephedra version a long time ago and had awesome results with it, but then when all the possible side effect started to surface in the news, I stopped taking it. This new version of lipo 6 is almost the same. I'm still losing weight with it, and getting the same kind of energy boosts I had with the ephedra. This stuff is an excellent alternative to the original.

Ok let me just say that i am mr. skeptical when it comes to pills and potions...i am training to be a better athlete and am trying to skimm off those last 20 impossible pounds i will say this to anyone: if you aren't used to a large amount of caffine don't take the suggest dose!! take one pill to start and one 30 minutes before your work out. then after a week or so take the suggested dose...that way you don't get jittery...and forget what people say about caffine, caffine is essential when building muscle ask your trainer...and consult your doctor also...but all in all this is a fantastic product. good luck and much love!

I was so glad to find out that I could take this supplement without the usual jitters caused by thermo's. My workout was at least 2x longer and I was not pooped-out when I left the gym. I am approx 50 lbs overweight, so I really appreciated being able to extend my workout without feeling like I was having a heart attack!
