It began at our rainforest organic farm. We and our friends would waken and wonder: What will it be? Will we be eating fresh papaya and passion fruit? Will we taste turmeric and ginger? It was an everyday celebration of color, fragrance and flavor. We were happy our friends got to experience this organic affirmation of life, but we are blessed with many friends and we want to share that organic blessing. So we mixed up two parts garden, one part orchard, added a dash of rainforest, and Berry Green began.

Why Organic?
We are convinced that it is better and safer for us, our families, our communities, and our world. The world is awash in chemicals, and those contaminating culprits sneak into our bodies and wreak havoc. Enough already: It’s time to eat honest food, grown without genetic engineering, synthetic fertilizers, and the “ides” – pesticides, fungicides, and herbicides. The National Academy of Sciences urges adults to eat a wholesome variety of greens and fruits every day. These foods, if properly grown, selected, and delivered, are bundles of natural health filled with the wisdom of nature. Why No Grass?
In our humble opinion, green grasses like those included in many "greens" products are best suited for horses and cows and are not an optimal food for humans. After all, cows chew “cud” while humans eat berries. These grasses are very inexpensive compared to the freeze-dried and certified organic vegetable greens in Berry Green, but we think you will appreciate our care in selecting only the finest foods for you and your family.
