Collagen is a complex structural protein which maintains strength and flexibility to skin, ligaments, bones, joints, nails and hair. Hydrolyzed Collagen is 100% pure Collagen protein which provides the major building materials for growth, repair and maintenance of healthy nails, hair skin, and joints. Collagen is also an essential and major component of muscles, tendons, cartilage, ligaments, bones, gums, teeth, eyes, and blood vessels. When Hydrolyzed Collagen is taken internally, the body receives the raw materials it needs to supplement and repair collagen found in all these areas. In its hydrolyzed amino acid form with a very low molecular weight, it can be 100% utilized by the body. Hydrolyzed Collagen is neutral in taste and specially formulated in an easy to take powdered form to supplement your dietary collagen needs. Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement add 6-8 ounces of water or juice slowly to one measuring scoop (included) of Super Collagen Powder once daily. Works best with a hand blender. To maximize absorption and utilization, do NOT add to milk or other protein drinks/powders as this will decrease the benefits. May be taken with other vitamins. For optimum nutritional benefit, drink as suggested on an empty stomach before sleep. Wait 20 minutes before eating. NOTE - Dosage can be increased if desired, there are no known side effects. Studies have used upwards of 10-14g a day. Typical increase is 10-12 tablets a day or 2 scoops a day.
