Dosage: PHASE I: Whole Body Detox. Directions: Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening for 15 days. PHASE II: 6 Fiber Blend. Directions: Take 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules in the evening for 15 days. Take with 8 oz. of water. PHASE III: Mineral Digestive Sweep. Directions: Take 3 tablets at bedtime for 8 days, then reduce to 2 tablets at bedtime for an additional 7 days. Take with 8 oz. of water.

Does not contain: Yeast, soy, corn, wheat, rye, gluten or dairy products.
