Dosage: As a dietary supplement, add 1 heaping scoop to 8 fluid ounces of cold water, milk or juice (scoop included). Shake or stir until smooth. Mixes instantly, no blender required. No artificial ingredients or preservatives. No yeast, wheat, milk, lactose or dairy products.

Precautions: Women who are pregnant or likely to become pregnant should not exceed recommended dosage.
