I’ve replaced Myoplex with this product as part of my nutrition program. I eat three regular meals a day and use Isopure 3 times a day as a meal replacement and protein boost for a total of six meals. I’ve been using this product for five months now and have achieved fantastic results in that short period of time. My goal was to lose fat and gain muscle and I believe this product has been supported that goal very, very well.
