The biggest worry of anyone taking MRs is always taste; no worries with this product. I love how it taste, and I used to gag on some other products, ehhhum Designer Protein. For one packet of Perfect-Rx, all you need is, at most, 24oz. watter (I like it a little thinner). Making sure you mix a little at a time in the water ensures zero clumping; which can occur if you don't use enough water while mixing. The nutritional values meet my requirements, and I really like the %'s of vitamins aren't all 100% like some other products. I get plenty of vitamins from my diet, so I would like to avoid breaking 100% of my daily requirement of any vitamin/mineral.
