Suggested Use: Two capsules may be safely taken by adults every 30 minutes at the earliest sign of migraine headache onset, while symptoms persist, up to 18 capsules per day. For long-term relief, 4-6 capsules daily may be safely taken as needed to help lessen the severity of symptoms.
