I am pretty impressed with meso-tech. The taste isn't half bad,even though I mix it with water. it is a bit slimy but that's because of the flax seed oil that it contains and since I know what it is I am ok with it. It tastes a little bit too sweet for me personally but it's not too sweet by the normal person's standard. It's been a great complement to my high-protein and low-carb diet. I recommend this product highly.
