This stuff really works for me i have been working out for years and i have made better strenth gains on this than anything i have used. My benting went up 30 plus pounds on the second workout. All other worked muscles increased in strenth also.

Yes. This stuff woks. I put a scoopfull into a 10.1 o.z of evian. Drank it. Wow, i cant really explain it, it smells like its going to taste like some cherry kOol - Aid or something berry. I really cannot explain the taste of it though. I shook it for a while then drank it...fast. As far as i can see thats the best way to drink it, my friend made his bottle full then took shots of it. We waited at work to close the tattoo shop and go to the gym. We get to the gym and do some cardio. Then we go begin our workout. Thats when i notice it. We do the 30 lb dumbell flys on the bench. Then go to the 35's on the next set which we dont always do. Then after that set we go to the 40's. Which for me was the most i have done since we began working out. The rest of out workouts proceeded to be the same way. We did legs today it was sweet, it was almost like looking forward to the next workout. Anyway i know i almost wrote a book but i wanted to give it my opinion, for what i can see and tell it made a huge difference in the way i felt and how much strength i had. It was a confidence builder thats for sure. Hopefully its really not just bad tasting koOl -aid. It definetly did what it says it does , the power was noticeable tonight it was cool. I look forward to going tommorow to see if it does the same thing. ...its later than you think

Jesse a Lardi Rating:  4	The Great GAKIC?
HI. I just finished a bottle of MUSCLETECH'S GAKIC (4 weeks) and i would have to say i was pretty impressed. First off i would like to say this product did not give me insane strength like they promised (10.5% increase in strength) but it did however give some of the best pumps i've ever had. I honestly didn't feel any stronger, but i looked great and had awesome vascularity. I've been lifting seriously for four solid years and consider myself to be an intermediate bodybuilder. I've built a pretty streamlined frame at 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 212. So GAKIC could work better for some beginners. All in all i would have to say that GAKIC was a great preworkout supplement, just a little too hyped up.
