Directions

For optimal recovery following intense exercise, add 2 scoops of CreActiv to 12 fl oz of cold water and stir or shake vigorously. It is recommended to consume an additional 12 fl oz of water immediately after taking CreActiv. Loading Phase: Take 2 scoops, 2 times per day for 5 days. Maintenance Phase: 1 to 2 Scoops following intense training.
