Our daughter introduced us to this product after losing 20 lbs using it twice a day with a low carb diet and daily exercise. We are in our mid 50's and are lactose intolerant as well as diabetic so we need lots of protein. We love both the chocolate and vanilla and find it just as palatable without a blender; however, we both really like it blended up with ice and fresh fruit. We have tried a huge variety of other protein powders and liquids but this one beats all of them! We have added it permanently to our daily diet and exercise routine and feel GREAT!

Rating:  3	Please consider before buying...
I ordered the chocolate flavor recently and I feel slightly disappointed with this product. Truthfully, I believe this product is not one of the best tasting protein powders offered by Met-RX. Being an intermediate body builder, I am aware that the flavors of many protein powders are not great. However, those who want a good tasting protein shake after your workout should take careful consideration before buying this flavor. If taste is not an issue, I would recommend this product because of its sufficient amount of protein and amino acids included. In addition, I would like to mention that this product has a seemingly chalky texture and somewhat difficult to mix without a blender.

Bleeding Green Rating:  5	Good taste, easily digestible, good product
The Strawberry is very good. No tart after taste. No stomach issues. Easy to mix without blender. Great supplement and after workout drink. Would recommend to those who "care" about taste.
