I have taken other weight loss pills and none have really been affective. I can not say that much more about H57 Hoodia. It does work a little, but not as much as I would like. I did lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks, but I think I would have lost that much anyways. I still ate about the same amount of food as I normally would, I just exercised more. H57 Hoodia: Not Worth Your Money
Everyone has a hoodia product on every shelf. This was all based on a BBC test that was supposed to prove hoodia reduced your appetite. I tried H57 hoodia, which claimed to have pure African hoodia. I saw a slight reduction in my food craving but, over all, after a month, it did diddly-squat for me.
