Directions

Exfoliate skin with pretan scrub. Dispense Show Tan generously onto a tanning sponge and rub quickly over skin in a circular motion tanning one area at a time. Use sparingly on hands, elbows, knees and feet. For a competition, reapply in 2 to 3 hours. Do Not Shower! Smooth deep moisturizer over tan to blend the color. Use tan-a-way to remove excess color. The morning of competition, apply studio tan over show tan for a fitness contest or competition tan for a bodybuilding show.
