I ordered a bunch of different proteins from a1 and this was by far the best tasting... the banana tastes awesome! the mocha is pretty good too.... i'm not sure exactly how it stacks up against other protein powders in terms of ingredients, but it looks pretty legit, has some healthy fat in it, and it's the protein i'm gonna buy (even though i never heard of it before). it really tastes good.
