Other Ingredients:
Glucose, maltodextrin, artificial fruit punch flavor, acesulfame potassium, cellulose, silica, sucralose, magnesium trisilicate, cherry crystals [natural flavor], red beet powder, orange juice crystals [natural flavor], xanthan gum, citric acid.

Directions:
Combine one (1) scoop (17 g) of 2 Methyl 13-C powder with 1 cup (8 fl oz) of ice cold water and stir or shake until dissolved. For best results, use one (1) serving before and after intense exercise.
