i started using this about 2.5 weeks ago. i lift 5 times a week. i've seen some gains in strength from this stuff. basically it gives u energy and it allows you to push your self to muscle failure without the pain that is normal. in terms of making you bigger maybe alittle but this stuff is definitly worth checkin' out!
