The NUTRATERIC coating protects the active ingredients, keeping the tablets intact until they reach the small intestine. DOSING

“How much do I have to take to see a performance enhancing effect?”
The effects of 5-TETRA are dose-dependant and based on bodyweight as well as individual need for increased cellular energy. The intensity of your workout will also determine the dose. For your most intense workouts, take the maximum dose for your bodyweight, based on label recommendations; for maintenance or light workouts, you can experience the benefits of 5-TETRA with a smaller dose. Remember, the effects of 5-TETRA can be felt almost immediately!

INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER SUPPLEMENTS

“I have used nitric oxide products and creatine. Both give me a good pump. Is the effect of 5-TETRA similar?”
5-TETRA differs from nitric oxide boosters and other cell-volumizing products in the following ways: 5-TETRA, unlike cell-volumizing products, does not simply increase intracellular fluid, for a "pump" feeling, 5-TETRA provides real, true cellular energy for the most intense, most productive workouts of your life! Although creatine supports the eventual production of additional ATP within the muscle, 5-TETRA is a direct ATP contributor, as well as an aggressive ATP generator/regenerator – its effects on cellular energy are immediate and dramatic!

“What products can I stack with 5-TETRA?”
Supplements such as Citrulline Malate and/or AKG and/or CoQ10 consumed pre workout, as well as Creatine and BCAAs consumed post workout may actually increase the effectiveness of 5-TETRA, although they aren’t necessary to see improvements. Caffeine and other ingredients used in mental energy and/or fat burning products can also be combined with 5-TETRA.

“What products should not be stacked with 5-TETRA?”
Diuretics and/or serotonin agonists such as L-theanine, St Johns Wort and 5-HTP may act antagonistically to 5-TETRA, and are not recommended within 6-8 hours of consuming 5-TETRA. For proper absorption and conversion, consume 5-TETRA on an empty stomach with water—don’t consume food or acid-based fluids within 30 minutes prior to or after consuming 5-TETRA.
