Directions

Consume once per day, 60 minutes prior to exercise. Refer to the Precise Dosing chart to determine the correct serving. Take with 8-12 ounces of water. Don't eat or consume acidic fluids (like juice) within 30 minutes prior to or after taking 5-Tetra. No loading or cycling required. Note: 5-Tetra may be consumed on off training days; consume 60 minutes prior to breakfast. Precise Dosing (Training Intensity): High Volume - 6 Tabs (-200 lbs), 8 Tabs (+200 lbs); Medium Volume - 4 Tabs (-200 lbs), 6 Tabs (+200 lbs); Maintenance - 2 Tabs (-200 lbs), 4 Tabs (+200 lbs).
