Directions

As a dietary supplement, mix 2 scoops with 16-20 ounces of water and shake well. Consume one serving of Race Recovery following training or competition. Athletes who engage in intense, regular exercise should consume at least 120 oz water per day. Drink an additional 16 oz of water for each pound of weight lost during exercise.
