This is a perfect product while or after you workout. It gives you that boost of energy you need without an energy drink. I usually take it right after I workout. I love it.

I am really peticular when picking a protein bar and these taste so yummy!! I'm a women that was seeking something that had fewer calories, but would also help me to acheive my fitness goals. A strict diet along with lots of exercise, and myoplex lite bars, well help you too:)
