Rating:  5	Great Way for Nutrition on the Go
The thought of mixing powdered supplements after a workout makes me crazy. A bottle of water and a bar fills the bil. This one is top notch. Tasty and nutritious, no fuss, no muss. My fav is the chocolate peanut butter. Detour tastes a little better, but has a lot more fat.
