BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids) comprise of 1/3 of muscle tissue and are the first amino acids to be catabolized due to intense exercise. Therefore, dietary BCAA supplementation is particularly important for hard-training individuals looking to maximize their muscle gains. Further, BCAAs may help the body to preferentially utilize intra-abdominal fat—the fat that strains the cardiovascular system and contributes to waistline girth.

CLA, or conjugated linoleic acid, is a special omega-6 fatty acid. Research conducted over the past decade supports the contention that CLA supports fat loss and gains in lean muscle mass. Micellar casein is the natural, undeantured form of casein found in milk. A property of micellar casein is that it may have the ability to form a "gel" in the gut. This provides a steady release of amino acids into the blood stream, which makes it an excellent choice for a long lasting anti-catabolic protein.

Brown rice syrup consists primarily of soluble complex carbohydrates that allow for both slow and steady release into the bloodstream (up to 2-3 hours). This steady supply of energy may curb hunger between meals and provide steady insulin levels to assist in optimizing fat loss.

MyoPro (propreitary protein blend containing whey-protein isolate from ion-exchanged and partially hydrolyzed whey-protein concentrates, milk protein isolate, calcium caseinate, sodium caseinate, and egg albumin), maltodextrin, GKG and CLA.

Suggested Use:
For a rich, creamy shake, combine contents of packet with 16 oz of cold water, juice or skim milk and thoroughly mix in a blender or shaker for 45 seconds. Use 2-3 servings daily.
