Protein is amazing!! Thick rich and smooth texture fills you up and satisfies a sweet tooth. My favorite is cookies n' cream mixed with water (for no extra calories) and 4-5 ice cubes in a blender will make you think your cheating.Tried the other flavors, but dont think they taste as good as cookies n' cream.

I have been using this product for about 3 months and love it. Good flavor and texture when mixed with cold water or water and some ice but needs blender or stick mixer for best results. Filling. Mixes well. No grit. Satisfies hunger. I've had great results.
