EVOPRO is a great alternative to Muscle Milk if you want to avoid the fat
Everyone’s heard of Muscle Milk as it’s the most popular of all Cytosport products. Evopro protein is also a one of the best Cytosport products out there. Evopro is the actual protein matrix that makes up Muscle Milk. I love Evopro and recommend it to all of my friends. The cookies and cream flavor is out of this world! I never get tired of drinking it and it is hands down the best tasting protein I have ever tried. I usually take Evopro during the day, and right before bed. Usually casein proteins are very hard on my stomach and taste nasty but not Evopro. I love the fact that when I drink a shake before bed I know my body is being fed amino acids all through the night. I like to come up with different recipes for my protein powder and Evopro cookies and cream or vanilla tastes great mixed in pancakes. Cytosport products are really high on my list and Evopro is at the top. I tend to lose muscle fast so having an awesome casein protein like this helps me to maintain the muscle I work so hard for in the gym. The only possible downside is that you’re going to pay a little bit more for Evopro than you would a lot of other proteins, but you get what you pay for in my opinion. I’ve been able to maintain the muscle I’ve gained over the last six months and I credit a lot of that to drinking a couple of Evopro shakes per day. If you’ve never tried other Cytosport products I recommend trying Evopro first. Also, if you’re tired of taking casein proteins that taste horrible and upset your stomach give Evopro a shot. It costs a little more than other proteins but it tastes and works great.
