This is an incredible sports drink. Everyone knows when you sweat a lot through intense sports activity, you lose electrolytes and thus energy to maintain aerobic activity, your muscles lose their juice. This product is unreal, think of Gatorade on steroids. The rehydration and energy it supplies to the muscles are outstanding, it also increases or seems to supply more oxygen to the body. All the claims they make are true, no fluff. I sweat a lot and play ice hockey, a very intense sport. This stuff works for me.
