Directions

As a dietary supplement, take one to four tablets once daily on an empty stomach preferably 30-30 minutes before breakfast or lunch. Recommended Serving Based on Body Weight: 130 lbs or less take 2 tablets, 130-200 lbs take 3 tablets, 200 lbs or more take 4 tablets. Do not exceed four tablets daily.
