Proper use of Xenadrine Super hard Core varies from individual to individual, but you should adhere to the following guidelines to help ensure better results and safety. Based on its energizing effects, you may assess your personal tolerance, taking from 1 to 3 capsules at any one time as your body adjusts to the proper dosage. Do not, under any circumstances, exceed 3 capsules at any time (6 capsules maximum during a 24-hour period)!
