Suggested Use:
2-6 teaspoons daily divided into 1-3 portions. Maximum of 12 teaspoons daily. 1-2 teaspoons daily. Take as is or best into a few ounces of any beverage, particularly beet juice. Avoid hot beverages which can damage important enzymes. For best results take daily, with or shortly after meals.
