I have been feeling not up to par lately, maybe a thyroid problem, but my hair has been especially hard hit. It's dull, lackluster, etc. When I started taking 1,000 mg of this a day, it only took about 1 week to start to see results. Your body has to have vit c every day, so why not with this stuff?

I have been feeling worn out for a while now. I thought I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did. I only try one packet a day but so far my energy level has picked up. I'm not feeling as tired as usual. I'm going to move up to two packets a day this week and see what happens. So far so good.
