Delicious drink, that's better than water, because it hydrates while boosting performance, and later, recovery. At races, where they serve, i drink this instead of water, about 8 ounces before the race, and up to 16 ounces afterwards, and it does seem to cut down on soreness and fatigue for the 24 hours following the race. Highly recommend all their products. The new bars are great tasting, too. No sickening sweetness -- tasty and helpful in recovery.
