F Block:

» Designed to absorb fat from the foods you eat. Fat trimming diet formula. No wheat, yeast, egg, soy, starch, gluten, lactose, sugar or artificial color. Directions

F Block Suggested Use: As part of a diet and exercise program, to achieve results, take 2 capsules 15 minutes prior to meals with a full 8 oz glass of water. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day. C Block Suggested Usage: For dietary support take 3 C Block caplets 15 minutes before each starchy meal with a full glass of water (8 oz). Do not exceed 6 caplets per day.
